That's rad. Great job and thanks for the reference photo. You pretty much used the parts that were listed in the thread other than using a different toggle switch, right?
Ah my bad. Hmmm...let me try to re-phrase and see if that helps. I'd like to put a toggle switch in place for the 246/256 mode so that I can switch between them but at a distance.
My personal goal is to not have it right up against the unit. I want it to be extended out like a cable so I can press it from several feet away from the cabinet. The video you showed me is pretty sweet, though. I do have the Ethernet port on mine.
Would these suffice to go with your most recent link?

Has anyone here made a cable that goes from the 246/256 mode on the motherboard to a switch that they could flip to change the modes without having to open the unit? If so, where can I purchase one?
oooh that sound spicy, lol. So If I get this and make it work, I have to remain online at all times? What happens if the service shuts down eventually?
Is there a frame around the monitor? If so, is that included in the 22" inches? Is there a way to unlock everything in the game, take it offline, and be able to save?
That would be cool if you did have the touchscreen monitor. Do you have any cards for the card reader or is that easy to get? Also, what size would the monitor be?
