@sheep_nova hooked me up with two PGM carts, KOV Plus and Ketsui. Latter utilizes a mostly-SMD version of the Fluffy PCBs, and soldering work looks very clean.

Mr. sheep has been helpful and responsive, prices reasonable and I am very happy. Will absolutely buy a few more carts from him as soon as my budget allows. Highly recommended.
