I live near Little Rock Arkansas. Anybody within driving distance want to do a group order with KC to get some cabs into the South?
 
How do you guys get all the smoke smell out of them? Completely take them apart and wash it?

I didn't really smell it anymore once the outside was clean. But smells are kinda par for the course with collecting any type of cabinet. I've never owned 2 woodies that smelled the same.
 
Soooooo tempting, but it's the shipping to Florida that worries me. I emailed the shipping company they said he uses but they never responded with an estimate.

STI is a real pain to get hold of sometimes. You're better off calling, honestly. Look for Judy Matello. She's way more communicative than Michelle in my experience.

Here's her direct line at Beltmann/STI/CRST. (posted all over KLOV and at the bottom of all her emails, so no real privacy issues i wouldn't think)

And is it smarter to buy more than 1 ? Does that save any on shipping? Or is it that price no matter how many you buy?

the more you the cheaper it becomes, to a point. so getting 2 shipped way better than one.

No way. I am absolutely convinced he doesn't pass the savings onto the customer and pockets the profit himself. If not inflating the shipping quote arbitrarily. He gives shipping quotes without knowing your zip code.

It's typically way more cost effective to ship two cabs than one, like instead of $450-$500 delivery for one - probably like $600 total for two.

cant pass this up as 2 cabs cost as much to freight 1 cab so I'm saving a ton. Thank you kc
