In years of dealing with them the only way I've ever gotten support is by posting publicly on KLOV, then Arni steps in and figures out what's going on. Phone calls I get told I'll be called back, e-mails go unanswered, messages through their site go unanswered, PM's to Arni on KLOV directly go unanswered. They're definitely a squeaky wheel gets the grease kind of business. If you don't speak up, repeatedly, in public, you're unlikely to ever know what's going on with your order until it shows up on your doorstep.

Your item will show up, they don't screw anyone over, but their communication is bottom of the barrel.

Someone names "Susan" got back to me initially, she was competent but then someone named "Ben" started answering the support email. Hemade me wanna pull my hair out. He www very dismissive, sent a suggestion as to how I could stop the alerts and then closes the support ticket without waiting for a response. I only bought the kit, I'm not a signed up member to the site so I could not log in to disable email alerts.

Both of them said they had to "contact the owner". I assume that's this Arni fellow.

As long as it gets here and is not damaged i'm happy
 
As long as they don't charge me until it's shipped I'm fine with it. Granted I don't need the kit right this second. I did order a ST-V multicart earlier this week and I they had it to me in like 2 days. That's Amazon Prime fast, haha.
 
I'm pretty sure they charged me cuz I got the PayPal receipt

This was not a "pre-order" even though technically they charged people before they had the kits in their warehouse. The one saving grace is that Darksoft already confirmed that he shipped them 80 units so I have every reason to believe PA will get them any day now and ship orders shortly after.

Still, I wish PA had been more up front about it. It's kinda slippery to do what they did. I wouldn't have even known they didn't have them except it came up in the support emails back and forth with them on Friday. They let it slip the kits were not in the warehouse yet.
 
Technically they're not supposed to charge until an order is shipped. I paid with a credit cart as well, so that may be more of a credit card thing. I really just want it to go on next months bill, haha. Other than that I couldn't care less.
 
I'm sure Darksoft said they already had them, but only had a small number of units, it's entirely possible they sold out and they're now waiting on the second lot Darksoft said he would probably send them since they went through them so quickly - only takes a couple of days for them to receive them so I guess they're just selling them now and will ship them out on Monday/Tuesday

True it's not 'in stock' but it's only a couple more days.

PayPal gets charged immediately just because that's the way PayPal works, if you'd paid via credit card they charge when they ship similar to Amazon, disadvantage of PayPal I guess
 
Do these new boards that PA is getting have the new firmware with autoreset?
 
But will they have the NEXT firmware on them by the time they are shipped from PA ?

( I kid , I kid :P )
 
I mailed again now hoping to get some response. Also asked them to please add me to the wait list if not in stock.
I really want to buy 1 kit :(

if I were you I would try from a different browser or something because it is in stock and from what I heard, it will ship tomorrow or soon after

I just checked, site works fine on iPhone 6s chrome browser

I can see that its in stock but when I emailed them and tried to order they didnt respond. However I did recieve a email just now telling me that I am on their wait list now :D
 
That's not how you order AFAIK. You just add it to the shopping cart and check out with PayPal or as a guest on PayPal with a debit/credit card
 
I was alerted via email ... like 16 times!!

I received the initial alert and went right over to buy it, then the damn system kept sending me alerts all day long

I had a back and forth with the support folks, it was like taliking to a brick wall for a while

But about 8hrs later the alerts stopped after I got one about every 30- 45 mins :whistling:
 
I assume bytestorm is talking about saveyourgame rather than PA since he's located in Sweden :)

I'm in the same boat, really hoping the email comes through today
 
Aldo replied, he said he has 25 units and 18 of them are pre orders.
He'll contact me when everything is ready.
