In years of dealing with them the only way I've ever gotten support is by posting publicly on KLOV, then Arni steps in and figures out what's going on. Phone calls I get told I'll be called back, e-mails go unanswered, messages through their site go unanswered, PM's to Arni on KLOV directly go unanswered. They're definitely a squeaky wheel gets the grease kind of business. If you don't speak up, repeatedly, in public, you're unlikely to ever know what's going on with your order until it shows up on your doorstep.Hehe you should see the "support" emails from them when I wound up getting over a dozen alert emails that the kit was back in stock
The system kept sending me email alerts all day log with no way to shut them off.
I emailed them for help but it was like taking chickens to the beach![]()
It was nuts. They finally stopped about 12hrs later
Your item will show up, they don't screw anyone over, but their communication is bottom of the barrel.
