Request for Axunworks to reach back to customers

I believe the site mentioned everything being made to order, so expect some delay, but if there is a prolonged delay due to other factors, I also think the site should reflect that with a notification banner on the top of the home page.
 
Hi, guys

I am back to help Axunworks, which is a project I helped get started here.
Life in 2022 has not been easy in China for a foreigner.
Buying a house for 400,000 usd and losing your job in the same year is a huge bummer. I am finally bouncing back and I am still doing my Masters Program at my university.

I have DELETED all my PMs/DMs. So, I can start fresh with helping you guys!

I feel bad my life got in the way of Axun's work cause he cannot speak English and uses a translator. I am back to help. I am here to stay.

UPDATE. I got a response by sending a message about the order on their website. That seems like the way to go. Suggest others waiting do the same if you haven't already
 
A non update, last estimated time for shipping given to me was Aug 30th, but my order is still in "paid" status. It's been about 2 months and 10 days.
 
I wait more than 4 months for my order to be shipped.
I received it some days ago from the 1 of April.
 
I placed an order just a few days ago and wanted to get an idea of turn around time. I emailed the email address on the website but after reading here I understand why I didn't receive a prompt reply.

Also it seems based on others responses I should expect 3-5 months to receive my product?

I guess it depends on what you buy. I purchased a scart switchbox SCA101, and 3 scart cables, it took about 2 and a half months.

I recommend you to write them every 3 to 4 weeks, ask them for a date of shipping, and ask again when the date passes by :v

Well, it’s Sept 4, I ordered April 1, and it hasnt even shipped from China yet.
 
It has arrived, so it took about 2 months and 3 weeks to get here. Looks good! Feels satisfying to connect all 10 inputs XD
