If it works....don't touch it.

If it works....don't touch it.
what range are those, and where are you measuring it?![]()
If you only received the board - there is not initial 'if it works'You must use the most basicle principle in Computers. If it works....don't touch it.Hm, how can you tell it is in the right position in the first place?BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THAT POTENTIOMENTER / WHEEL ON THE TAITO F3 MOBO. IT LOOKS LIKE VOLUME REGULATOR BUT IT'S ACTUAL A VOLTAGE REGULATOR. YOU CAN FRY YOUR PCB IF YOU START PLAYING WITH IT. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, DON'T TOUCH IT.
look two posts up. @skate323k137 is telling you the values that you should expect. If you only received the board - there is not initial 'if it works'You must use the most basicle principle in Computers. Good point. Actually it maybe there as a final fine tune after production, so it may need precise adjustment on each PCB and the important part is the OUTPUT Voltage.I'm going to measure mine![]()
But would be interesting to know what voltage is controlling and measure it instead of the resistance.
got the same experience from us seller / thief.Italy....ugh. I hope you get it and in working condition. I won't buy anything else on Ebay from Italy. Last transaction I got screwed.
"Oh sorry friend. It worked when I mailed it. Send it back and I'll give you a refund."
The damn shipping back to Italy was more than the original transaction. No way it was working when he sent it based on its condition.

sorry, I my post looked agressive. Just that I read so many times "don't ship to Italy/France/wherever" that I'm bored with that kind of bashing from US fellows. I'm glad to read what you wrote.Just to clear up things. I'm not anti-Italian at all but I got burned so bad that I can't risk the money so I decided just to not deal. Just my choice. The seller I dealt with was very dishonest. Obviously as all have said it's entirely up to the individual seller. Sorry if I offended anyone. I just could never treat anyone like that.
What time frame do expect this will go into production (obviously after the MVS/AES Multi has completed)?Back to topic please.
