MITSU Wait List: Batman Forever sound pcb repro

Minor update on the adapter pcb:

The final PCB is ready for fabrication. I had to change the voltmeter I used from .36" to .28" its not a huge change but I had to change the hole pattern, etc...

I will let @Mitsurugi-w handle sales of these since he sold the repro pcbs, it just makes sense. I will let him make a post regarding sales when he is ready.

Lions case? Is @plasticfactory the same person? I want to see what he has been working on.

Sheesh. I have bought 4 different acrylic cases for my ST-V setup. One highflow, one lions, and another lions for Darksoft. And here we go with 4 to support the Batman PCB.

I would love some over-engineered machined thing like the Jasens ones for CPS 😂 but I don’t hear any of that.

Yes. Fully enclosed, actively cooled and with bulkhead mounts for all the extra connectors.

As of now, the layout is designed and some of the basic constraints. I'm waiting on the board from @Derick2k at the moment; last I heard is that he's ordering samples. I can't really do much more without it.

Hey, I made one last change after we last spoke so...just waiting on the new new PCB so you can verify fitment and finish your layout. The new PCB should be here this week, and I will send it over your way and also to @Mitsurugi-w. I want to also get his input on it. But we are good to go, I will send the Gerber files over to him so he can price out what he needs and get an idea on pricing for you all. The PCB itself will cost a few bucks more than a regular green low-cost PCB because it will be black/enig, chamfered/beveled gold fingers, 4 layer, 2oz copper, so yeah a lot going on in a good way.
 
I'm finishing these last few repros and I'm going to start taking pre-sales for another small batch. I'll contact the small wait list I have now but this is your chance to get a repro if you didn't get in the first batch.

Just saw this and figured the original run was one and done.
 
Perseverance ain't just a rover on Mars, folks.

Started testing yesterday morning and only 2 of the 11 worked on first test. I fixed various small issues but the major issue was I got a pretty large batch of suspect amps. Each speaker uses one. I eventually got all eleven pcbs working after swapping bad parts out.

Expect PMs soon if you have already paid.

Sorry to hear about the problematic batch, Mitsu!!! Glad to hear you were able to work through and resolve everything!
