It might, but you've gotta use what the board uses. For a Naomi, that's JVS. TTX3 uses FastIO, I think.

For a Naomi, there shouldn't be any conversions, as the cabinet should already be JVS. But it depends on what all is in the cabinet.

I think it's Ver.2012 that has 2P mode? I'd have to fire my system up and check. As for FastIO on TGM3, I have no idea and I can't test because I don't have a FastIO. :(

TGM3 has a separate disk image. You'll need to swap between them because of driver incompatibilities. I think SSFIV's 2P mode is a test mode setting. SFIV might be the same, but I've never tried. I know USFIV is 2P, since that's the only version I play these days. Tetris drive image is here...
