My older m30 receiver (came with micro USB controller) is model MD24G/V6. That one appears as a USB drive just fine. I'm running firmware v2.0. I think that's old but it's working so I am not upgrading it. 8bit do Genesis BT adapter works fantastic when the controllers are in the mode with 1...

The process for the dongles is just connect and it shows up as a USB drive. Drag and drop the firmware. That's it. But this time I could not get it to show up as a USB drive. I tried 4 different PCs. I'll try one of my older receivers later today.
