I am Jasen, a US Navy Submarine Officer and University of Florida Alum that fell in love with arcade hardware and cool fight sticks. In 2012 I started JasensCustoms.com to provide cool all metal fight sticks to the FGC. In 2020 I decided to get my MBA from the University of Illinois and closed down on 30 June 2020 - recently, I have been able to manage opening up a number of product drops without it impacting my studies and day job in the Navy thanks to the encouragement of a few key people in the community. I will finish my MBA December of 2022 and I officially retire from the US Navy in June 2023! This is my little corner on Arcade Projects that @Darksoft and @Mitsurugi-w has allowed me to have. I am forever grateful for it.

Honestly, I accidently started this side-business because I needed to build an arcade stick to work with a SuperGun I built inside of an old 50 cal ammo can. I didn't really see anything on the market I wanted and so I decided to create something that fit my needs. Others saw it and asked me to make them one, so I did. It eventually grew and the next thing I knew I was able to use my design, partnership, manufacturing skills, and my own personal problems that needed solutions to make a bunch of things over the years. This included the Panzer Fight Stick (1,2, 3, and soon 4), the now defunct ADCAP SuperGun (the case was really the best part of it), some NEO-GEO replacement covers and bases, a bunch of commercial fight stick replacement and modification panels. EZ MODs for sticks, a case for the JAMMIX MiSTerFPGA board, and most interesting for arcade enthusiasts the CPS1/2/3 cases.

My goal for this section of Arcade Projects is to inform and answer questions as they come up. I know not everyone wants to be on Twitter, Discord, Facebook, eMail, Hive, Instagram, Mastodon, and a forum. My only ask, just be cool. If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all. I love constructive feedback and recommendations. I may not always be able to accommodate everything, but feedback is crucial to process improvement.

Great news that you have your own section. I see a lot of good things coming very soon.
