As above, use Google translate. The majority of that thread appears to be English speakers and they seem pretty friendly and happy to add people to the list.

He’s definitely shipping worldwide, but the updates have slowed and the list doesn’t seem to have moved on in a couple of months. Hopefully he’s waiting on a second batch or something?
 
I can't even get on the forum :( never get the confirmation email from the moderator.

Thanks to all that replied. I FINALLY got registered and approved. I fear their approval process might be entirely manual.

The code is actually 4 digits (I used my fingers to verify). 8292 was the answer.
 
What's the longest anyone has had to wait for an approval to post at Neo Arcadia? I signed up on the 9th of April and still haven't received an approval email.

That’s definitely too long. Maybe chuck them an email?
 
Ive pretty much given up on getting an activation email at this point. I do have the games on my naomi netdimm so will just use that.
 
Could you try a different email address? Like sometimes old Hotmail addresses just don’t seem to be accepted…

Did neo-arcadia remove the registration button/form? - Friend of mine wanted to register/add himself to the list, but registration seems to be gone?
 
perhaps they are bored of so many accounts just for business purposes... it's about 80% of the topics there.. boring...
 
Yes! Received my purchase email, finally :) For anyone that has already received it, about how long does it take to arrive to the U.S?
 
I check the wait list every day and it hasn't moved in a while, I've got 5 people in front of me if it's accurate.

I tried to register and never got any email from them. Button or no, I didn't think they are/were taking new registrations.

Probably better to not have the button at all then let people fill out a form, answer a stupid security question (where the answer is not what they say it is), and then wait for an email that's never coming.
