Do you think it is a limitation of the stock Noir monitor or the PCB itself?

I can't answer the Noir monitor question as I don't have that cab myself. My issue is I haven't been able to get a 31khz signal from this hardware to display on any compatable monitor. It's not a problem for any other hardware I own, those all work fine in 31khz mode on pretty much anything I connect it to that can support that signal - its only my System 256 where it doesn't work for me.

About 1.5-2 inches too high. Not sure how we screwed up the measurement. Sweating a little hope when we lower it we don’t encounter another planning error.

My dad’s coworker had to be one of the nicest most genuine guys I ever met. He had lots of stories about the trade and getting that workshop built. I was incredibly impressed by his knowledge and skill and willingness to go the extra mile to make us something professional.

Got a little closer but I think we need to dremel the bottom rail slightly and continue to adjust .

Well I jumped the gun. I placed the touchscreen in front of the monitor and in my personal opinion it kind of blurred the crystal clear image ever so slightly. So I decided to screw in the speaker grills and the bottom control panel railing. Holy crap! The fitment is nearly perfect! We slotted the screws so with a little adjustment I think I am done for now.

There are gaps on the sides about 3/4 inch on each side but since the pras is beautifully painted black inside I am happy with the result. I’d say we had about 1mm between the fractal north case, the monitor, the plate, etc.

Time to go to bed.

When I get my Aero I am going to put a Mistercade v1 in there and have the monitor vertical. When you select the TATE Mister Ini - does that affect what games are downloaded to the SD card when you run downloader and update all scripts? Or do I need basically manually remove all the horizontal games if I only want vertical games on my Mister? Or maybe its a setting in the script?

Or maybe I can just filter the game list to vertical for Arcade games at least and then for consoles manually manage vertical shooters basically.

Got a 246 rack C since my B is janky. Replaced with Gelid silent 6 fan (3 pin to 2 pin converter) and luckily Time Crisis 3 DVD and dongle are here so that’s a nice bonus. But plan on using this for Tekken 4 unless a multi ever comes out I can get my hands on.
