Is there a quick adjustment I can do on the chassis to flip them image? My Raiden Fighters 2 is upside down and I’m not sure that this particular PCB has a switch to rotate it.

Dip SW1 reverses the image according to the manual, though I'm not sure if it's the direction you are asking for.
Otherwise on that chassis you can switch the yoke wires

You’re thinking Raiden II.
Raiden fighters ii its just this switch. Unless it’s a bootleg I suppose

@Ziggy Cheetos Dust - did you try the service menu in case that hardware variant has the flip screen option in the menu instead of a manual switch? Hold down service for 5 seconds.

I did not, I will go and have a look now thanks @djsheep

Okay had a look but sadly there’s no picture at all now. I’ll need to do some more research on that. Thanks for the tips.

Hey if you’re feeling frisky all the switch does is ground this line on these smds. I have no idea what they do but if you have some you could try grounding or lifting the ground.. whichever it isn’t. You know for science!

Thanks! I’ll keep in mind as I work through the various things.

That version PCB still has the 3 pins populated for a switch, but it's just jumpered permanently, like in the picture attached.

https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/nkk-switches/SS12SBP4/1054726 Here's the exact replacement switch if you want to install one. Otherwise, your quick fix would be to remove the tiny wire link and move it over to the opposite pin.

Interesting. Mine doesn’t have any jumper. I tried the 5 sec test button press and nothing happened so I will try closing that circuit or getting the switch.

You sure it's not on the solder side? Did you check continuity with a meter?
It could be. It was still screwed to the board when I took the pic. I’ve had to travel for work now but will get stuck into it when I get home.
