有可能没办法连接,因为不能用Qsound把信号放大再给NNC功放信号,最好的办法是直接跳过NNC功放版,直接输出到音箱。

Hi! :)

Thank you for your help.^^

I abandoned this project because the Qsound amp is just a simple amp like the Naomi's.

The amp doesn't have a Qsound DSP chip or Audio Signal Processors; it's a fake news , an urban legend that has survived for generations.

There was indeed an accessory to power Qsound sound: the QX1.

Everyone who buys the Q Grandam 25 subwoofer hopes to get this kind of sound, but they're getting ripped off.

Here's what I found:

Q Sound Unit Base Board, QX-1 Virtual Audio Processor."
Q Sound is a Capcom arcade console. It was adopted... and became famous.

General audio output. Easy 3D virtual surround. Conversion is possible, and therefore, at the time, a Capcom arcade game cabinet. [Q Grandam 25], etc., has been adopted by QSound Labs. [QSound] (Q Sound) does not use… an amplifier. A versatile product, like… sales. Therefore…
This 3D sound effect is… an image and more. We have a large scale, an auditory origin. Envelop yourself like this singularity. The sound space is locked if it is as it is… Concert hall as with… Game music if it is as… like… sensation.

Audio output. Is there a TV, audio equipment, game console, etc. Stereo sound ?

can anyone help me troubleshoot a Q sound issue I have?

I restored a big blue cabinet and I bought a used Q sound amp from ebay which works (I think). The wiring and speakers from the big blue are all intact. Harness/Connections to the Q sound amp were all fine (no frayed or broken wires or anything)

I connected a CPS2 Darksoft multi via Jamma and RCA cables from the board to the Q sound amp.

Sound came out but I'm missing sound from the right facing speaker

Q sound amp looks clean, no cold joints or anything like that. Red LED came on and sound from white RCA came out fine

Both speakers work fine (I switched wiring inputs and sound came out)

I did notice that the red RCA plug wasn't producing sound.

Anybody know where I can start checking for issues?

(If I switch sound settings to stereo on CPS2, do I have to reboot it?)

Stereo setting only affects JAMMA audio. Your RCA jacks will always have stereo coming out of them. Did you try another pcb to make sure its not the right channel on the pcb thats bad and not the amp?

How did you test this? Did you switch inputs?

Super easy way to test this. If you have audio on the left, insert the white plug (left channel) in to the red jack and if you can hear audio on the right speaker, your amp is fine.

No. It just changes audio mixing, you don't have to switch it off and on.

Adding to the above advice. If it seems that the issue might be with the CPS2 board(s) then try pressing and holding the volume down button on the CPS2 motherboard, and then power on (still holding for a few seconds)

I’ve had issues in the past with a left and/or right channel not working, and that resolved the issue.

It should hopefully ‘reset’ settings back to zero. Then adjust volume back up.

you called it. Did the volume reset with the down volume on startup and everything was fixed. thank you!
