As the title implies, I have obtained the pictured machines. I’m curious if anybody has taken any of these and made them for playing fighters, shmups, beatemups? For instance, would the Nuno Design control panel be swapped out with say an Astro City control panel, or would an APM3 control panel fit a Lindbergh? The Mahjong Fight Club Extreme is just a touch screen game, so the control panel area would need a functional control panel attached with the required wiring, I/o, game, etc. Trying to come up with affordable, professional alternatives trying to learn from those who may have tried this before so I can learn best practices. If not, I look forward to the adventure. Wish me luck!

Very interesting. That first photo has identical screen and speakers to the Lindbergh Universal cab. In all honesty though those cabs look beautiful the way they are. You might be better off just getting a cheap regular arcade/fighting cabinet if you’re in Japan.

Ive been wanting to design something for that sega mj cab. You got the manual? You could measure the plexiglass on the cp

Unfortunately, I don’t have the manual for this one. I’ve got a pdf of the Lindbergh universal cabinet, but there is no mention of the MJ configuration.

I got mine for like 7,500 yen, and it came with a Ringedge and it was delivered. I really can’t complain for this “headache.” It’s more of a puzzle.
