CPS3 Issue [95682A-3] - Video Output Issue (Fuzzy Color Only) - Any help appreciated

Patch work and I even swapped the CCU but nothing yet, that's why I decided to go with the plan B board lol.

To close the loop on this one, @cruzlink2 spent a LOT of time on this board as you can see above and no dice. I suspect the corroded links were too far gone, or a bad PPU, maybe he will revisit the board one day, otherwise the board will have to be used for spare parts.

The good news is cruzlink had a plan B, and managed to frankenstein together another board for me, I received it yesterday and can confirm all working perfectly. Shout out to @cruzlink2! He is a true PCB surgeon.
