Capcom I/O or any of the jamma I/Os don't exhibit the issue.
I got this thing. Could I use this? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076WVFXN8?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_9&th=1You would need to buy this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/285294092600
Then you would need to cut a USB 2.0 Extender cable into 2 parts and connect the D+ and D- cables to the rs485 board.
I can share pictures next week, but for now you need to get these 2 parts.
did I get it right: it works ok with Sega Jamma I/Os like 838-13683 but have issues with Sega Type-1 (837-13551) ?Capcom I/O or any of the jamma I/Os don't exhibit the issue.
But I need to split out the USB signals from 1 cable?@VodkaGobalsky it looks like it can work but I have not tested it.
What IOs are stock in the Net City and New Net City ? Please give the type specification on the board like: 837-13551the ones that run in the Net City and New Net Cities.
I have it identified here. What IOs are stock in the Net City and New Net City ? Please give the type specification on the board like: 837-13551
Yeah, that's why I was wondering if it may be a heat or power issue causing this, not a software one.it looks quite weird, because these I/Os quite similar at hardware and software level...
You need to make a tap like I showed in the picture. Chop a USB 2.0 extender cable in two and pull out green and white. This splitter did not work. It is not detecting the I/O.

well, not many of Naomi games supports cab linking, so, perhaps it's really power issue but only CVS2 was tested? It only happens with CVS2, no other Naomi game. It's not a power issue.
I’ll do this tonight. You need to make a tap like I showed in the picture. Chop a USB 2.0 extender cable in two and pull out green and white.
