CVS2 Naomi linked freezes

I bet some of the people that are saying the game works for them are not running the game in JVS link at all.

JVS linking means daisy chaining two JVS IO boards. 1P controls are connected to IO board #1, 2P controls to IO board #2. It's only really practical if you have two cabs.

Thanks for the input @nem, I thought linking meant you got 1P and 2P one one IO and 3P and 4P on the other ?

@rtw the JAMMA IO converter is a TD-IO or a Capcom IO, which is a JAMMA / JVS convertor that takes JAMMA input and translates to JVS standard and is fed In to the Naomi.

@nem is correct; I don;t think a lot of people are linking JVS I/Os when they are saying its "working" for them, I am doing exactly that daisy chaining JVS IO from 2 machines for a head to head set up. Both direct linking and using the sea link boards exhibit locking up. And im not sure how long others are running their test sessions, but as @VodkaGobalsky can attest I am legit running these in my commercial arcade and the community jams on it hard, 6-7 hour long sessions

and its literally only CVS2, I;ve tried a bunch of other games and did hour-long testing and not a single issue (~5 hour sessions)

@JohnRambo'sKnife are you local to NorCal? if you are, I'd love to take a look at your set up? or you can come down to the arcade and take a look? we can't get it stable at all, it consistently freezes and locks out
