Buenas tardes,

I think you can find several posts that say to adjust the voltage.

If you search the thread you can find more information.
Thanks, how can I fix that? The voltmeter reads 5.05. Could you please send me the link to the thread?

You have to measure the 5V on the cartridge slot, so if you don't get 5V, increase the voltage until you see them, slowly in steps, so you keep control of it.

Official language of the forum is English. You will better support and from more people if you write in english please.

Check it with no cartridge inserted.

Here's the pinout: https://www.jamma-nation-x.com/jammax/mvspinout.html
I think it's better if you check with cartridge inserted. Turn 90 degrees the console and check those pins that @GeorgeSpinner pointed out and carefully measure there. You have Vcc in pins 29A/B to 32A/B and GND in pins 01-02 A/B.

Hello I have 2 multi, one from the first batch without any problem. I bought another from the second batch but I never succes to run it correctly: glitch, reboot, bad writing rom..... Is it Normal?

No, that shouldn't be the case. Do both have the same firmware and TOP file? It could be a problem with the microSD slot as well.

One dumb question, if I use a SD card from my first multi MVS, could be trouble? SD card dedicated by multi required?

The SD card saves some information like games currently flashed or some game configurations and scores, so it can create a bit of a problem if you just take it to another multi. Just delete all the files from the root of the directory and it will think that it's brand new cart and will prompt you to choose games.

I'm having some trouble with my MVS Multi. Previously it had been working perfectly fine for years. Unfortunately now I am experiencing graphics issues. I've tried testing it with a friend's MVS motherboard, and I experience the same behavior.

I tried cleaning the cart and the motherboard contacts really well with both isopropyl alcohol and deoxit, but it hasn't helped. The same type of graphic issue appears across all games and the multi menu.

Here's an example of the "jailbar" looking sprite issue.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for further troubleshooting, or maybe there's a way to repair this multi if a chip has gone bad or something like that @Darksoft ?

Do the exact same behaviour happen in both MVS mobos? same amount of lines bad? To me it looks like a bad buffer or made one of the RAMs.

yes, the behavior is the same on both motherboards. And testing with a regular MVS cart, I don't receive the graphic glitches on either motherboard

Then must be the cart. Maybe is a firmware glitch. You could try programming the TOP file again and see if it changes anything. Make sure that you use the latest FW + TOP (they go together) and use the MVS version, not the AES. Once it's done let me know how it goes.

I just tried reflashing the firmware (and menu), but no luck. Same behavior unfortunately.
