Doubt about games of the Mushiking series

Hi, I just received a game from the Mushiking series, it's in English, but I would like to know which version is exactly because it has arrived without a label

I'd guess this cart came from https://jjstuff.com/product/sega-naomi-sample-game-in-usa-cartridge-840-015b-fls/ ? as I see ROM test sums match
if yes - label 840-0150B-FLS makes me think it is Mushiking 2K3 English prototype or location test cartridge.

is it possible to get it dumped ?

Yes, I bought it there.


It was supposed to be a "Naomi sample game", I bought it out of curiosity, but when I connected it to Naomi, this game appeared.
