Oh man you've only had it for less than a month.

If you want to ship it to me I can take a look, maybe one or more of the customs has a bad solder joint?

The pin headers or smt chips needs tk be reflowed. Common faultt where people interchange carts and shit happens. I would buy it and fix it within minutes if i had another seibu cart to use it with.
