Just want to say, Wow! Got my kit this afternoon, assembled and running without a hitch in less than an hour. Super happy with this project. Can't wait to see how the CPS1 project turns out. Top notch @Darksoft and everyone who helped develop and test this amazing kit. Thank you for the super smooth transaction @HighScoreSaves.
I recieved my this Week. I take less then hour to put it with the 7-B-Board together. Works without problems thank you Darksoft and Aldo from Saveyourgames It Great Work. One thing the connector between the big and the small pcb was not quite okay. It was missing approx. 1mm. I had to heat it up a little and bend it so that it fits. Otherwise everything was processed cleanly.
Silly question here, but I understand the CPS2 does not save high score data when powered off... is there any way this mod could add the ability to preserve high score memory when loading and unloading games?
I Received my kit few days ago, and now running wild !
PCB very well manufactured and clear instruction set.
Soldering to the pad is not a big deal with thin iron and good practice.
I think most critical step is assembly all the piggy board together, mainly because B-board is more 20 years old.
