You should be connecting this new harness into this connector:
and you should be wiring it based on this pinout:
^note that the "kick connector" only has 10 pins, just pretend there is another row of pins on the bottom that you don't use.
it looks like whoever owned that cab and installed the incorrect joysticks also mucked up the joystick wiring... PLEASE fix this the right way, and put back the analog and Maple Bus wiring that you removed... make this cab better don't dig the hole deeper.
