I was many times in KSA and a few weeks ago, I traveled to Asia via Jeddah. I was visiting some arcades 8-10 years ago, there were some in the malls and they were very nice. I wonder how the situation looks now with Arcade there....

You will find most arcades now in malls as you mentioned, they bring new arcades from time to time.
