Really like the new version, I was comparing it to my first version (2011) and it has come a long way.

I discovered some anomalies in the manual, will update you later.

Just a PSA for anyone purchasing a HAS, JAMMA extension harness, 3P4P module, and a 3P4P cable that you can pair the 3P4P cable with this $7 IDC cable (http://www.cablesonline.com/2434pinflopd.html) to extend the 3P4P cable to reach a similar length as the extension harness. I use it with my CPS2 multi and it works great!!

Grab a Meanwell RT-85A from Digikey. Stellar performance paired with the HAS.

I have a Meanwell RT 125A and it works well for many boards, but there are a couple (NeoGeo MV-1C and PGM) that do not produce the required load on the power supply and therefore it does not power on with those boards (which are the ones I use the most). It does work correctly with CPS1, CPS2, Atomiswave and an MK2 board, though.

Yeah that’s a common issue with some RT-125’s. RT-85 doesn’t have that minimum current draw problem and like @djsheep said, it’s a great match for the HAS.
