Will there be a 3-4 player harness for sega system 32 arcade board ?

Never thought about this, do you know what's the connector type and what is the pinout for Player 3/4?

Any recommendations for a really compact power brick to use with the HAS, instead of the regular arcade psu???

For newer boards that don't require too much juice and -5V I recommend the Phihong PSA45U-201 "made in Taiwan" (there are also "made in China" versions, but I haven't tested them). Problem is, these aren't being manufactured anymore, so your options are limited to ebay or some random shops that may still have a few of them in stock. It's a PSU I included with HAS V1 in 2015.

I am going to be purchasing my first arcade power supply for use with this set.

@Niko I second a request on its functionality.

Where does CPS2, CPS1, and NAOMI fall in terms of juice required?

i have several HAS in place, but my most complex setup uses a HASv3.0, a Meanwell MWP-606 PSU, a B&O MX7000 RGB TV, and a Jamma 6-in-1 linking a CPS2 multi, a CPS3 multi, a MVS, a F3 Multi, and a STV multi...

Perfect setup.
