Jamma Bouton 3 ---- right on Brizzo's adapter
Jamma Bouton 1 ---- left on Brizzo's adapter
Jamma left ---- Go to left on the upper adapter
Jamma right ---- Go to right on the upper adapter

the upper adapter is just a passthru, correct?

this does not work. the arm just keeps spinning. you also lose button 1 so you can not go into input on service menu. did you lift the pins on the brizzo adapter or did you just solder button 1 and 3 directly to it>?

Thats working for sure ;).

I lift 4 pins (left, right,b1 and b3 to the jamma).
White and green (left and right to the jamma connector) go to the upper pcb.
Under white and green, solder on the brizzo adapter, the wires left and right go to jamma 1 and 3.
For b1 look the upper pcb
Make the same adapter (with all wires)

This is what I did. Not working for me. I know in theory it should. I checked my connections and soldering and still just rotates to the left constantly. I made sure there is visible space between the pads and lifted pins. And verified all solder locations are correct.

i pulled everything off one by one to isolate the issue, and it is that p1 to left input. everything else works as it should

i rewired it and it still has that issue

Is it possible to take picture in other position to see all solder wire ? (jamma and see solder on brizzo adapter)
your adapter is fully wired ?

My pass thru adapter is fully wired. This is a Pic I took half way through , before I tied the left and right to the jamma pass thru adapter

i figured it out. i had already lifted the pins to L and R. turns out the culprit was a surface mount resistor going into the Left input was missing. i must have hit it with the desoldering gun while desoldering pins or something. i replaced all the surface mount resistors going to L and R and now it works 100%

thank you very much for your help @Bonky and @West
