Just did a recap on a K7000 19" with a K7000A chassis.
There's this bright bar towards the top of the screen and jail bars that are prominent on the left and right side noticeable during solid colors or bright white screens.
Also, for some reason there's this black horizontal line slightly below the middle of the screen.
The scanlines towards the top of the screen appear to be separating and getting further apart.

Here's also a video of it. Sorry for the bad quality, unsure how to stop the phone from adjusting constantly...
The monitor exhibited similar issues from before recapping, which was the reason for the recap in the first place.
Any clue on what would be the problem? Could bad pots on the remote control board cause this?
Besides the issues stated above, the picture looks vibrant and sharp. Looks great.
