Last Duel Graphic issues.

I have a last duel pcb with graphic issues. I cannot read the EPROMs (23C2000 and 23C4000) to find out if any is corrupt. Any idea of what's a compatible EPROM that I could use to read the data, and if required, to replace any of the masks?
