I have a Tekken 3 board that I tested successfully on my supergun and again just now on my Blast City, both times without kicks since I only have CPS2-style kick harnesses. I got a JNX System 12 CPS2 kick harness adapter, though my board has the wider kick harness slot so I had to file it down a bit as JNX suggested. All buttons and directions besides kicks worked on the Blast when I booted it with the kick adapter attached but not connected (JAMMA at 15KHz, no JVS). I plugged the kick harness in and started it back up, and the game's stuck in a boot loop, even after disconnecting the kick harness from the adapter and dialing in the voltage to exactly 5.0V. I hear what sounds like someone saying the "en" from Tekken (like I did when successfully booting), then see the left half of the SMPTE color bars very briefly before it reboots. The adapter isn't connected upside down or anything, all the pins appear to line up fine. I haven't tried prying the adapter off. I have booted other boards since, no problems with voltage or anything. Any debugging suggestions?
