Namco System ES3 Teardown and some basic info

Hi
I’m having a problem with the es3 in my pod
sometimes it reset itself, so i opened it up clean everything
change thermal paste in the cpu and gpu
also changed the cr2032 battery
this lead to a black screen….
then i see that maybe i need to reset the cmos using the pins
so i move some pins (doesn’t know where exactly was the one for the cmos) up and forward to the original position and now it boots again.
but every time now it boot to a password request….
seems that for some reason it asked me the password to enter the bios (i think)….
do you know what the problem could be?
and how to fix this?
thanks.
:)

If it asks for password it's because the HDD is not detected.

Hi, what 19-1 SYSTEM ERROR is referring to ?

Any will fix that or do I need specific one? Or is any way to bypass that?
You need the original dongle from Namco. I think you know very well that we don't allow talks about bypassing security on newer systems, right?

I got a lost land adventure that its stuck at the loading windows screen? I know i had problems with the ram before, where i had to change it to a diff slot. would bad ram cause this? or is it an HD issue? i do not hear the HD click, and since i see the windows load screen, i figured it might be something else.

It's likely one or the other. I would start with the RAM. The HDD is harder to fix.

Ok, so if i leave the computer on for a very long time, it either gets into windows into a powershell executable window. or else it gets into a blue screen of death with diff messages (One bsod said the verification of a known dll failed) (the other BSOD said a problem was detected and windows was shut down and sugests i make sure there is enough disk space etc..)

so i uave gotten at various stages of booting. first, it takes a suoer long time and then i will get diff errors regarding dll fioes. i have swaped memory, but the problem persists. Any guidance on how to fix the hard drive would be very helpful
