Well, it's a new one for sure. In the picture you posted P2 left is ON,did you push p2 left while taking the picture?

Yes i pushed and nothing is stuck. Based on the oled screen all behaves as intended. Last time i used p2 for a match was one week ago with my son and all worked perfectly fine.

I'm curious, what does the video output switch actually do on the 2.0? I see one side labeled Tri-sync and the other labeled JAMMA.

--EDIT-- found it a few posts above. I'm curious, when I connect a JAMMA board, it's sending a 15khz signal to the monitor or is it upscaling to 31khz?

It will send what the Jamma board outputs, so 15khz usually. If you need an upscaler to 31khz @invzim also makes one targeted at arcade boards.
