The firmware can't be completed. It's giving me this screen to push R. I can't push R. I'm on Naomi. I even plugged in a DC controller to the filter board. It works with the game but R doesn't work.

You should be able to use a compatible TV remote as some have discussed, but I don’t see further mention of it in their install guides… did I miss it?

Did you use the web GUI to upload the file? The web GUI also has a virtual remote you can use to navigate the OSD.
 
Okay, I'm back to this thread after 3 years lol. I'm wondering if I can get into the settings for my DCDigital now. I can't log into the web UI cause I don't remember what the user name and password are. Is there any other way to log in? I can't get the OSD menu to activate either.

Did you try the default username and password?

There's a rescue system for resetting the firmware, but hopefully you can do something simpler. If the default username and password doesn't work, ask for support in the official PixelFX Discord.
