Naomi Universal cabinet question

What kind of monitor do these use, and are they readily repairable?

NVM: I think it's a Blast City that I'm looking at, but the labeling on the side that says "Naomi Universal Cabinet" threw me off.
Either way, if the monitor in this is dead, are they readily repairable?

Sanwa/Nanao/Toshiba/Weiya are the most common brands.

Naomi Universal is usually Nanao MS-2932, MS-2934 or Sanwa 29e31s.

Blast City is Nanao MS-2930, MS-2931 or MS-2933.

Usually monitors are repairable. With a Blast there exists the possibility that the tube has gone.
