Need help, Net City or Naomi Universal?

Hi everyone,

I got a Sega Arcade Cabinet with the Net City logo on it a few days ago, but when I tested the 15K signal(31k naomi game no problem), I get a image error, I want to know this error is a monitor damaged or because the monitor does not support 15K signal? (Maybe this machine is not NET CITY, it's Naomi Universal?)

If this monitor only support 31k, is there a way to make it support 15K/24K?

What does the remote / little board that has picture controls on it look like?

I haven't opened the back cover yet, I can see the words MS-2934(Maybe it's Naomi Universal?) on the top.

That's a 31khz only chassis.

For supporting 15khz, you need an upscaler. Retro Scaler A1 by @invzim is perfect for this:

You could replace it with a MS2930, 2931 or 2933.

They're not exactly cheap, plus they can blow tubes:
