No RSG title screen?

So when I put in RSG, I can put in a coin/hit the coin mech and play the game no problem.

The problems?
- when I don't hit the coin mech and it goes to the story video there is no audio
- when I hit power and hit the coin mech, the game says No Signal and won't leave that screen without hitting Player Start
- the game won't go to the title screen it just goes to No Signal screen

just wondering what could be the problem

I want to say the title screen uses some odd resolution. What are you using to display the game? An OSSC?

My only ST-V game, the fantastic title Winter Heat (), uses an interlaced mode, probably 480i, on it's title screen.

Hey guys, I'm using a CGA to VGA converter with an LCD computer screen. It's certainly not an expensive one, just a cheap generic one. Any recommendations?

It's def interlaced. I think it uses one of the Saturn's high res modes too.
