Noir Monitor Swap

I'd really like to upgrade my monitor. Any tips for selecting a monitor? I want high refresh 4k but not sure if certain type of input types on the monitor are ideal? Not sure if I use an adapter to like DisplayPort if I will lose the high refresh rate?

Hello,
I have 2 Noir Cab since 4 years with Ultra Gear inside but the seller used a plate inside. I have a huge gap between the screen and the glass so i would like to use the 3D monitor bracket.

Where can i buy it ? I'm living in France and i really don't know a 3d Printers. I would like to buy it. Anyone could help me ?

Best regards 😁

Can you use nuts or washers as spacers temporarily? I am interested in purchasing a monitor bracket as well.

The OP has the files just doesn't want to make them fully public but if you PM him he will help you out.

eBay & such like is full of people willing to 3d print for hire maybe even somebody local will do it.

After moving to the US from Korea. The 3d printed mounts did not make it.

I revised the design to accommodate thicker and deeper monitors.
Made from 5052 2MM Aluminum.
The bottom bracket now has a spacer to make L bracket flush.

The spacer I bought set the monitor a bit too high. I had some spares laying around that are 10mm.

Everything fits secured and snug now.

Are the 3D printed components no longer needed and just buy what is pictured? Apologies if that’s a stupid question.

Good job you should make a production run.

At least with the 3d printed ones they will be the only thing to break as with the metal version the stress could be transferred further down the line to the next weakest link & could break the frame.

I'm looking into it, because 1 offs are quite pricey.

True I've also been working a vesa mount that bolts onto the original frame, but there has been too much play with my previous designs.

Hi guys, I'm finally doing my noir cab screens too ! Those 3d print monts are really clever as it's the perfect solution. Unfortunately I cannot get a hold of jermz1, could somebody please share the stl files with me ? Without them I'm pretty stuck. :(Thank you guys!
