JAMMA Nation X sells them. You can also make one on your own using this fingerboard, a volt meter (get the one with the pot in the back for tuning), and an edge card.

Speaking of which, way back before the pandemic, I was working on a fingerboard based upon Frank's design that has mount points for a voltmeter. Should get back on that.
