WTB Parts for a Planet Harriers Control Panel

I'm trying to piece together a Planet Harriers panel.

Looking for any/all of the following:

- Planet Harriers Control Panel
- Flight Stick (610-0619-91) (Stick Model is Sanwa JLK-GF2-AT)
- Sega analog joystick amp board ( 839-1187 )
- Red illuminated rectangle button (509-5494-04)
- Blue illuminated rectangle button (509-5495-05)
- Yellow illiuminated round button (509-5838-Y)
- Red illiuminated round button (509-5838-R)

Alternatively, if someone by some miracle has a fully assembled panel just lying around, I'd totally be interested.

I have the following
- Flight Stick (610-0619-91) (Stick Model is Sanwa JLK-GF2-AT)
The flight stick is in poor condition and needs to be rebuilt somewhat. The rubber gasket needs to be replaced as well as what appears to be the plastic gate at the bottom
- Sega analog joystick amp board ( 839-1187 )
- Blue illuminated rectangle button (509-5495-05)
- Yellow illiuminated round button (509-5838-Y)
