Hi Folks - what is a fair price for a PC Engine Duo-R with RGB mod and region switch, along with SCART cable and a Turbo EverDrive, and original controller - in perfect working order?

Depends on who did the mod work. 
If it's by Doujindance I'd be weary.
I'll take a stab at $250 USD. Which is rather pricey but they seem to fetch decent money thesedays.

Agree with Frank. Depends on the RGB board (outputting csync or composite video), how the install was done.
Same with the mod switch. Nice one from gametech or something else?
I've sold recapped pc engine duo with mickris RGB (sync on composite, not csync) and gametech region mod for around $250. Ac adapter and one controller included.
Seeing how you're throwing in an everdrive though, I think that, assuming it's good mod work, it's a very fair price

ok cool - i was looking on ebay - most of them seem to be in the $300 range for the unit, plus $100 for an everdrive.
I will keep an eye out here!
