That doesn make sense. The error that you mention is 100% typical for this problem. If your cart was bad, you wouldn't even be able to write a game or see the menu.

It worked right now, I double check as your advise. The Problem is Micro SD-CARD 2GB is bootleg (Kington Brand from china) I changed to 8GB original and work perfect. Thanks so much
Yep that is one of the sh2 swaps I did many years ago. Haven't swapped an sh2 in at least 6 years.

ExFAT or FAT32 should be fine. It's pretty well documented on here admittedly in several threads.

I've also gotten a ZuluSCSI but am having troubles getting the CPS3 board to recognize any ISO I have on there. I've attached all the info that might be useful. Any pointers on where to go would be much appreciated!

I'm a bot confused. Zuluacsi and scsi2ad are two completely different products. Why are you showing scsi2sd setup utility pics?
I set up a zuluscsi for another member and it turned out to be really simple.
-Format sd card to fat32.
-download preferred iso and rename to CD1.iso
-place iso on root of sd card (not in folder)
-replace cd drive with zuluscsi.
Booted and worked first try.

For some reason the scsi2sd utility can read from the device while the zuluSCSI couldn't. Either way, I used it to show the settings that were on the board.
Renamed the ISO that was on the root of the SD. Booted up the board with the Zulu and got this:
(If I press Shot 1 like the Japanese message says, it attempts to read but stops instantly.)

I can't tell. Does your Zulu have term power enabled? Or are you powering it externally?

It was powered through the SCSI bus, so I wasn't sure.
I did get my hands on a BlueSCSI and got my setup working first try, so there's that I guess.
We've got a winner! Something is wrong with that Zulu. Properly not configured as it should.

For what it's worth, I know people having issues with ZuluSCSI on other non-arcade systems.
