Hi All,
A few years back, Lex Terieur (not sure if he's active on this forum) shared images of his DIY speaker repair for the Sega Blast City. As many know, it's extremely difficult to find speakers that are perfect fits (other than KC's option). With that said, he created an STL file to easily create a surround replacement. Not only does this work, it allows you to reuse the majority of the components in the speaker assembly. Most importantly, it's a cheap DIY solution.
I recently asked him for permission and uploaded his STL to printables along with a thorough tutorial.
Hope this helps.
