Sega Naomi 2 won't boot with Multi Region Bios

Hi,

I am having an issue with my Sega Naomi 2 not booting with Multi Region Bios.

I purchased the bios from here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sega-Naomi...var=424599498754&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

It boots just fine with it's original bios EPR-23607.

Any thoughts?

Unless you've put it in the wrong way, the chip is a dud. Ask him to send you another one.

Checked everything... I guess it's really a dud...

I had some burned elsewhere, I am hoping those work.
