I use a TopMax II - by eetools - it has been very reliable for me. I think its more expensive though - maybe $800

I am not sure but I would guess the installer_x64.exe in the driver folder will install the drivers, and after that, the topall.exe will probably run from the folder after you double click it
I can’t open the installer_64x.exe. If I double click on it something is trying to open but directly close it.

That exact same thing happens to me when I launch the topall software and the device is not powered on + plugged into the pc usb port. Did you hear the windows notification when you plugged in the top programmer device (with the power switch on)?
Plug with the power switch on ? I hear some sound from windows when I powered it after plug in. Ok I will try to power it and then plug it. Then what did you do ? You open the soft ?

I have this too in the device manager, when the usb is connected with the programmer on libusb …. And topall013 appeared. I don’t have the disc I am trying to get the last version of the software from the seller but for some reason he doesn’t want to sent it to me. All the link I have lead me to Chinese pages I can’t read. I don’t understand why I cannot open the installer x64 exe for driver installation in the file you sent me the link. When I double click, it open then shutdown. Is there a windows security or something that bloc the file opening ?Topall013 in Devices manager when its on and connected by usb.
