I'm really curious how the geometry looks in 15 and 31khz if you would not mind sharing some grids. Didn't even know this swap was possible.

Here’s some 15khz grids. Certainly not perfect, but still pretty damn playable.
Will need to digg up my Naomi for good 31khz grids. Deathsmiles 2 has a shit test menu.
Some yoke sagging on the top of the image, but convergence was top priority and pretty good. At my skill level, most of the time I have to choose between good convergence or good geometry. Can’t have both. Ironically it’s getting good purity that’s the real PITA…. Especially on a 68 cm tube..
Not to bad for a 100% manual yoke setup.

Thank you so much for sharing. That is still really impressive since I have never even seen anyone attempt this swap or any shared results. Focus is extremely good edge to edge.

Thanks! I think I messed with the yoke for 5-6 hours to get these results, but thats mostly because I don’t know what I am doing

Brilliant work buddy!Tube fits great in my NAC! Really lucky with this one!
Used the old Radionette enclosure as protection for the old Tosh tube. Makes storage a little easier.
Just got hold of this tube as spare from a hitachi tv. Quite a lot of scratches and would need buffing. Thx for sharing!
