CN2 (you can look Initial D 3 schematic for example).

Universal FFB controler have CN9 7 pins connectors (Naomi 2).

The old version should do the job (FFB controler hack)

A universal FFB controller in each cabinet and that will be enough.

Any photos?? Price? So that would take say Lindbergh Outrun 2 and convert the RS232 or RS422 to Midi for the Initial D1/2/3 type midi board? I know the command set is identical to both, as I wrote a document on the commands/protocol.

it's not just a matter of passing orders from one to the other, that's not compatible

I had to recreate the effects one by one on each game. My board retrieves game requests from the Lindbergh, and manages the midi board with torque orders.

For this to work, you have to plot the position of the steering wheel on my board with a wire to an analog input.

The universal FFB controller is designed to directly replace the system (like the Naomi for example), and as there is a 7 pin connector on this side, that's what I put on the board.

Orders on the boards are already open, we have pre-orders until March. You must contact “Seb Arcade” (on messenger) to reserve.

Eh, Sega Serial and Midi board use the exact same protocol, just the transport method that is different - one being RS422/RS232 (depending on jumpers if you got the jumper version), and Midi - apart from that it's identical - I have F-Zero AX (triforce) running perfectly on a Sega Lindbergh FFB board.

I tried the opposite. A Lindbergh on a midi driver board (with baud and hardware adaptations) and it didn't work.

Reached out to Seb Arcade on Facebook Messenger. Hope I get a response. Keep you all posted!

@Aganyte some questions:

Given a user has a known working twin (or more) arcade linked setup, besides the following:
  1. 2 Universe FFB Controllers
  2. 2 PC's
    • Emulation configured properly for let's say Sega Daytona USA
What else is needed for a linked setup to work besides the above?
