You had to charge $1,800-2,000 at $1500 people think they are messed up cabs, lolI actually took two Vewlix Ls OFF my order because nobody was buying them at $1,500. Probably I'm doing something wrong, idk.

I think there's a stigma that the L cabs are barely better than a chewlix. I'm not sure why, but people put them down pretty hard compared to the others over the years.I actually took two Vewlix Ls OFF my order because nobody was buying them at $1,500. Probably I'm doing something wrong, idk.
Tw3ek is a good dude, he just doesn't pull any punches.Hell of a first post. Bold. Dramatic. And making as bad of an impression on this community as Jassin has on you..Hey, remember when you pitched a fit about other places offering this kinda reception? Yea, keep on being an asshole while convincing yourself others are the problem I guess....

When it's literally your only post on the site after being here several years it just makes you look like an ass. *shrugs*Tw3ek is a good dude, he just doesn't pull any punches.![]()
1. YesOk Cereth a few questions:
1. Was that unclaimed cab $1500?
2. Are you dead set on keeping it for yourself?
3. Was getting serious about snagging one 1st or 2nd week of December
4. If you are willing to relinquish it, what do i have to do to hold that cab, a deposit?
They vary greatly in quality. I've played on both Chewlix and Vewlix and one of the chewlix felt like it was going to fall apart, while the other was solid. I'll try not go too off topic:Any specific reasons why SNK? We all have things that matter to us when it comes to branding. For me its cars. I don't really care one way or the other when it comes to the vewlix. But it you have legitimate reasons why i should avoid a chewlix i am all ears.
I'm confused why you're looking for a widescreen LCD cab if what you want to play on it are games that are meant for 3:4 CRTs. They're not going to look good on any kind of Vewlix screen, and you're possibly going to need to invest in some level of conversion gear or a supergun setup to get it all running, depending on how the cab is wired for jamma or not. Also forgot to mention I want to use it for my Capcom/street fighter PCBs
Thanks for the info Radiant. Much appreciated! They vary greatly in quality. Chewlix are wired with a jamma harness, a cheap amp, and some odd connectors. The screens are reflective, and some are pretty laggy. For the price and all the work you'd have to do in that machine- you might as well spend a little more and get a Vewlix.
The wiring the the chewlix is all over the place too- Unless you plan on stripping the whole thing and rewiring it from the ground up, I'd pass. Cereth is selling some Vewlix cabinets for a really good price, I'd jump on one of those if I were you.
No one did.But thanks for trying to push your preferences on me.
I'm confused
As I said...Two people said they don't understand
This is fact.you're possibly going to need to invest in some level of conversion gear or a supergun setup to get it all running
Also fact.Your budget would more than accommodate a proper candy cab,
