Picked up a viewlix, original parts throughout but some of the wiring has been pulled around pretty badly.

Can anybody confirm where the ground cables are run to on the cabinet, I looked into that manual but it wasn't too clear. I suspect it should be clamped to the lower left of the inside of the cabinet, wanted to be 100% sure.

I'm missing the second player loom for the two player panel I have as well, and the wiring for player one looks all over the place so I need to check that over as well.

Not powered it up yet, have an airlink transformer ready to go as well, just wanted to make sure if there were any other checks I'm best making after the ground cable is sorted.

Butched cab wiring makes my blood boil you see it so much with modern cabs rip out old wiring & wack a pc in there.

Sorry I can't actually help with the question.

There's a type-x 3 there ready to go 👍

When I say butchered, it's more been treated rough aside from the missing 2p loom which I need to replace, I think it's just getting everything hooked to where it needs to be. The one dangling wire is the ground which is what's gotten me nervous 😂

On my Noir the grounding points are on the power input plate where the line filter is attached which essentially is just the cabinet ground there are a couple of normal grounds that go from the isolation transformer.

Metal box where the power goes in is grounded on it's front, then around the side. Kinda hard to see but in the middle of the front of that box.

I'll check later today thanks, I'm sure it's been attached to the actual metal cabinet at some point because of the bend in the wire, I'll see if I can get some pictures to explain.

Any point on the side of the cab will do as well. You can ground it in one of the screws holding the plastic side panels on. This is my C, grounded on the left side looking in from the front door for example.
