Found a really nice Steam Deck stand and decided to modify it to fit into the open space in front of the control panel on a Vewlix. Really happy with it so far!

My plan is to run a USB C extension from the back to plug into my dock inside the cab. Just waiting for it to come in. :)

Nice design :) Another idea could be to do something similar to the switch dock design. But then you would miss your extra buttons so maybe not perfect

Oh that's a very cool idea for mounting the switch! I assume all the wires are ran through that sub panel.

I was considering printing a riser for my sub panel with a hole in the back for the USB C cable. Rather than running the wire out the back and around.
 
Yes all the wires are underneath the sub panel, so they are not showing externally at all. Though I should spend some effort into finding black countersunk screws xD
